If you are an authorized campus user, you can install the software on a personal computer for business use. For instructions on how to install applications from the Self Service app, visit our Casper Services article. If you are on a campus-owned Mac, Camtasia and Snagit can be installed from the Self Service application in your Application folder. For instructions on how to install applications from the Windows Software Center, visit our Software Center article. If you are on a campus-owned PC, Camtasia and Snagit can be installed from the Application Catalog.
The license is not available for student personal use, but can be installed in student computers labs on campus. The software is licensed for unlimited installs on faculty/staff machines, and faculty/staff are also allowed to use it on their home machines.
